My Super Secret Cocoa Cookie Recipe:
1 1/2 cups chickpea flour
1 1/2 cups almond flour blanched
1 cup coconut palm sugar
1 cup organic cane sugar (can replace with maple syrup too!)
1 cup cocoa powder
3T yacon syrup
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups gluten free oats
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup oil (I used half coconut half olive oil)
1/2 cup ground flax
dark chocolate chips vegan
Mix dry thoroughly then slowly ad wet and mix.
Put desired size cookies onto a grease cookie sheet and bake at 350C until you want. If you like a more well done cookie, bake for at least 15 minutes, if you like it more chewy, about 10 minutes.
