High Intensity Interval training can help to increase your physical performance.
It causes you to step out of a workout that makes you feel the most comfortable by working between two different intensity levels.
The first level is the recovery level and the second is the high intensity level.
In the recovery level, your heart rate should reach a maximum heart rate of 40-50%.
In the High Intensity level of workout, your maximum heart rate level should go from 80-85% so that you are working hard and challenging your intensity level.
