Problem # 1: Toxic Stress.
Worry can be tremendously harmful if you don’t recognize how to deal with it.
Some people don’t understand that stress impacts not just the mind, but even the body. If you want a more technical phrase for it, refer to it as “physiological stress.”
Whenever you are uneasy, your brain sends an emergency call for help to the rest of your body.
Your “fight or flight” instincts kick in and all of a sudden, your body is only concerned with just surviving.
You’ll feel worn down and fatigued nearly all the time.
This can make your weight loss journey challenging, simply because you probably will not have the extra energy you need to achieve your weight loss milestones.
Toxic levels of stress can absolutely stop you from losing excess pounds.
You can not burn fat if your anxiety and stress levels are off the charts.
Your head will not allow you to use additional energy and resources on your new goals because it is in a physiological emergency condition.
You need to take care of the stress prior to attempting to start on your fat burning goals.
